Defined by a dramatic double-height living area, custom prayer niche, Arabic calligraphy accents, and a striking feature mural, the residence offers a refined blend of culture and contemporary living. A Contemporary Residence Defined by Geometry, Warmth & Light. The Frame House is a contemporary residence designed around the concept of clean geometric forms, natural materials, and spatial openness. The architecture is characterized by a bold framed elevation that creates a strong visual identity while providing depth, shade, and proportion to the façade. A balanced palette of warm terracotta accents, textured grey surfaces, crisp white walls, and natural timber elements establishes a timeless architectural language that feels both modern and welcoming. The front elevation is composed of intersecting rectilinear volumes that frame the balconies and outdoor spaces, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow throughout the day. Full-height glazing, glass balustrades, and carefully integrated lighting enhance the visual lightness of the structure, while the warm-toned soffits add depth and contrast against the neutral exterior palette. The landscape, patterned driveway, and contemporary metal gate further reinforce the residence’s elegant and refined character. Inside, the home is designed around a double-height living space that acts as the heart of the residence. The interior blends modern sophistication with warmth through the extensive use of natural wood finishes, marble-inspired flooring, textured walls, and soft ambient lighting. A sculptural floating staircase with timber treads and glass railings becomes a focal element, while the suspended wooden swing introduces a traditional touch reinterpreted within a contemporary setting.
